Laughter Yoga

Laughter releases endorphins, giving us the ‘feel good factor’
Acts as aerobic exercise and is like ‘internal jogging’
Unleashes inhibitions, breaks down barriers

Helps boost our immune system which helps us resist disease
Tones muscles, improves respiration and circulation

Relaxes the whole body by reducing stress and tension

A typical class or session will combine deep breathing techniques with gentle exercises inducing laughter.

You might at first fake it !!! but before you know it you will be joining in the fun. This is based on the principle that the brain cannot differentiate between what is real or imagined and we all know that Laughter is terribly contagious!!!
